I have included the full text below the fold. Igor has three main proposals, which are explained in full detail below. They are:

1. Work with the Berkeley Police Department to augment enforcement of violent crime while reducing the number of frivolous apprehensions

2. Support the safety interests of the Greek community

3. Take proactive steps towards safety and extended business hours on the Northside
