The problem is that you're trying to compare Chipotle to other types of "Mexican" food. Most of what you get at "Mexican" restaurants and taco trucks isn't even authentic anyway. Chipotle falls into a category with Baja Fresh, 360 Burrito, High Tec Burrito, etc. Just because it isn't the type of "Mexican" food you like doesn't mean it isn't good. Chipotle is much better than the other restaurants that serve comparable food. If you prefer to eat cow brain tacos out of a taco truck, then that's up to you.
