  1. III. Mr. Ratto Acted in Bad Faith

That’s like the story of my life… [except for the present time when I was actually acting in good faith…]

Anywho, I don’t have anything of interest to say about the briefs, as I haven’t read them in full yet, but I just wanted to say hello and mention that I spent a couple of hours in a bomb shelter today while the town I was in (Tiberias) got shot up with Hezbollah missiles. Israel is awesome. You all should come visit when you get the chance.

  2. Wow I forgot you were in Israel right now. Taking up arms against Lebannon yet? Or maybe you could file a lawsuit against them. ;)

  4. This hearing took forever, oh well at least I got that wonderful beer out of it. And the commando sperm.

  5. Hi Andy,

I heard those rockets! I was in the southern Galilee when they hit, near the mouth of the Jordan.

Hanging out now in Caesaria, will head back to America on Tuesday morning.

    Dear Mano,

Something I have fundamentally realized here is that I am on Israel’s side. Not on the side of some abstract notion of rightness or fairness, or on the side of the world community in some way. I’m on Israel’s side.

  6. Politics aside, best wishes to Andy, Kevin, and anybody else that is suffering the wrath of indiscriminate violence in Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine.

  7. this thing could be over in five minutes if hizb’allah would hand over the two soldiers and halt the rocket attacks. but of course they would prefer that their own people suffer and die, since that might win them sympathy points from the euro trash.

  8. I would really prefer that this not devolve into an Israel-Palestine argument. Please.

I know we have the precedent of having these comment strings discuss anything even remotely interested to the post, but frankly, I don’t want to have to deal with the inevitable racial slurs and belligerent trolling.
