Daily Cal Article on SA Lawsuit
Since there seems to be some interest in seeing today’s Daily Cal article about the lawsuit that led to Student Action’s disqualification, here are photos of the frontpage and the continuation on the second page. Clicking the pictures should take you to a page where you can view a larger version that can be easily read on a computer. [If anyone wants, I can also post a PDF of the page for people to download, so please comment if you would like that.]
[I realize that posting these might be against the law, and if anyone from the Daily Cal wants to complain I will happily take them down. That being said, the wiser thing to do might be to set up a hosting account on a webserver (which can be done for free) and start posting the PDF’s or high quality photos of each page of the Daily Cal. This could be done quite easily, and if anyone contacts me, I’ll explain how to do this (or do it for you, as it would only take about an hour).]

why do you have so much time on your hands?

I don’t have a job and I’m not in school.

Since you’re no longer a student, and haven’t been since your graduation, what gave you standing to file the suit?

Did the Daily Cal seriously just call this a “landmark ruling”?

I wonder if 33.7% of CalStuff readers cut themselves too or if the Daily Cal just panders to an exceptionally emo clientelle. Maybe reading my columns causes people to cut themselves. I can only hope so.

Think how bad this will look on their resumes.

Andy is copyright paranoid. Is Daily Cal actually going to hire a lawyer to sue him? America is nuts.
