Dunk a Republican for Charity
Now this sounds like a fun event:
The Berkeley College Republicans, perhaps all too aware of their profile on a notoriously liberal campus, will host a “Dunk A Republican” event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in front of the MLK Student Union near Telegraph Avenue on the University of California, Berkeley campus.
Club officers will volunteer to take turns in a dunk tank so passers-by can pay to throw balls at a target to dump them into cold water. Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society for breast cancer research…
Among the event’s supporters are the Associated Students of the University and — wait for it — the Cal Berkeley Democrats.

Its not like Cal Dems could organize an event on their own…

I think a better event would be to have people donate a sum of money for AIDS research and, in exchange, be able to sodomize a Republican in front of the MLK student union. Talk about getting behind conservative politics!

Would that be part of your coming revolution?

mano, the revolucion isn’t about throwing baseballs at republicans. the revolucion is about self sacrifice, controlling the evils of capitalism and allegiance to the cause. torturing victims is just a means to an end.

switching topics - I was looking at the type of discussion this big herd of homemakers are having on the avian flu wiki site that CNN was linking to, where they are discussing their flu-supply stockpiling plus ammunition choices. It’s clearly racist and paranoid, but then Homeland Security came out this week and recommended that responsible citizens should all store 3 months of tuna. This got me to thinking about the dense concentration of students in the frats and dorms - I got the flu twice when I was in the dorms. Will we suffer high mortality like with the 1918 flu?
look at this-so crazy: http://www.fluwikie.com/index.php?n=Forum.Forum
